I’m a lifelong gluten intolerant girl, 20 year vegetarian, and cookie obsessed taste tester.

Growing up gluten intolerant, I got used to desserts that looked good but tasted like cardboard. Every treat felt more like a trick. After years of searching for something actually delicious, I finally said, forget this, I’ll bake my own.

Every cookie I make is packed with flavor, texture, and the kind of joy that makes you close your eyes and smile.
